Cardinal Strategies is a proud member of the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association (RHCA). RHCA is committed to developing programs and facilitating the resources needed to help the diverse Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) Industry reach their potential. 

Cardinal Strategies’ collaborative endeavors with the RHCA was at the forefront as our own Stan Blair and Lorence Garcia recently attended the RHCA Build Fort Worth Expo. They networked with several General Contractors and municipalities from the DFW area and learned more about how, together with RHCA, we continue to strive to provide top-tier services and training to benefit both our clients and staff. We support our own Hispanic Contractors and women in construction as we are a women-owned business.
