Cardinal Strategies began in 2004 as a stormwater compliance consulting firm in Dallas. Over the years, the company has grown significantly, expanding its services to meet evolving market demands.

In 2014, the Engineering Services Division was established, and in 2017, the acquisition of Sanco Storm Water, LLC and Sanco Design, Inc. bolstered the company’s offerings in stormwater compliance and erosion remediation. Today, Cardinal Strategies’ three divisions serve a diverse client base, including homebuilders, municipalities, property managers, and general contractors.

2024 marks the company’s 20th anniversary, a milestone that reflects two decades of dedication to innovation and excellence.

“Our three divisions allow us to handle complex projects that require cross-division collaboration,” explains Michael Anderson, Principal of Cardinal Strategies.
