Are you ready to kick off your new stormwater compliance project with Cardinal Strategies?
First, fill out the Project Information Form (PIF).
Note that a full set of civil plans must be uploaded and submitted with this form. It's important to complete as much of this form as possible, including project details, customer and accounting information, and more.
Keep in mind that Cardinal also requires a full set of civil plans with your PIF in order to get your project underway.
If you have questions, contact your Cardinal representative. If you do not have a representative, please email envsales@cardinalstrategies.com.
In order to file a Notice of Intent (NOI) for your large construction site, you'll first need to create a State of Texas Environmental Electronic Reporting System (STEERS) account and obtain an Electronic Reporting (ER) number with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). This TCEQ STEERS login will help you move forward in the process.
Your ER number serves as your STEERS account number, which allows Cardinal to grant you access to the paperwork required for the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) process. Don't worry, Cardinal has a simple step-by-step process for you to follow to make it as easy as possible.
Note that a STEERS account and ER number are assigned to a person, not a company/entity. If you change jobs or move companies, you should continue using the same account and number.
To check on your project or sign documents for your project's Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), log in to your STEERS account.
