The State of Texas Environmental Electronic Reporting System (STEERS) is a web-based system used by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for electronic submission of data and reports associated with their programs. All facilities subject to TCEQ reporting requirements are required to use STEERS. Cardinal has developed a training course specifically geared towards those who need to understand how STEERS works and how they can use it correctly. We offer both in-person and virtual attendance so that all participants feel comfortable and safe during the session.
