The Outcome
Cardinal Strategies floodplain studies on two tributaries, along with an analysis of proposed improvements were responsible for reclaiming 70 acres of floodplain. This allowed for the development to maximize the potential of the site.
Next Steps
Coordination with FEMA is part of the final phase to accurately reflect the flood risk in this area.
